Management, Leasing and Maintenance are awesome. Property Manager Joe works harder then any manager we have ever seen. He is out shoveling and salting the walks at 5 am when it snows. We didn't have many issues, but Joe always made sure issues were attended to and followed up to make sure we were taken care of! Rhonda and Garrett are both super easy to work with, and Dale is one of the friendliest people you will every meet. You can tell they truly care about their residents and the community!

I really would like to give a 4-5 star review because my actual experience there was alright. Neighbors are nice, maintenance guy is nice and pretty quick to respond to issues. My downfall is after I moved out.. I had autopay set up and like any other apartment complex I have lived in, or any home with an auto pay option is always cancelled with your move out. Makes sense right? Not with these guys. No heads up, no email, no letter, nothing in person when signing to leave that it would auto withdraw "forever". The manager, Joe, was very rude to me on the phone saying it was my fault and how it isn't their problem. I actually had to tell him on the phone to stop arguing with me! I then talked to the supervisor located in UT, she was nicer, sure.. but did not apologize for Joe's or his worker (Rhonda?) for their behavior. Extremely rude... AND it took them a WEEK to put the request in to get my money back. WOW.

My wife and I lived here for about 6 months, from the start of May to the end of October. Management was extraordinarily friendly and helpful, the few maintenance requests we had were usually solved on the same day it was reported. The apartment itself was nice with lots of natural light and very efficient heading and cooling. Master bedroom had a walk-in closet that was extremely useful for storage. I've had to move around a fair amount in my life, and I can honestly say that this was one of the best places I have ever rented from.

So it was difficult for me to figure how many stars to leave. Let's begin with the positives. Management is absolutely delightful. Joe has been nothing but amazing. The location isn't half bad, and (when kept up) it's actually pretty inside. However, there are a few down sides. The biggest thing being the apartment definitely wasn't cleaned after the last person who lived here and the appliances were broken. And unfortunately whoever it was seemed... less than sanitary. The fridge was gross. The tub was something out if a horror film. And there was caked on dust everywhere. I mean EVERYWHERE. Please don't get me started on the hallways. They smell like pot and mildew. Not cool. Parking is a joke if you get home after dark.... I guess if you need a place in a pinch or if you don't mind a little grime, then this is the place for you. I don't recommend to those with kids. Sorry. But to end on a positive note, once again, management is incredible. If only their sister campus, the ridge, could have staff as good as the staff here. Too bad.

Clean, convenient, and quiet. Close to shopping and the bus lines. You can be anywhere in the Casper area in 10 minutes. Laundry areas are always available and reasonably priced. The staff, management, and maintenance ( if you have.problem) are always ready to help. This is a great place to rent an apartment.

We had a lot of problems with rent. We would always pay on time and the price was never right and one time they lost our check. We really loved Sarah. She was VERY informative and helpful whenever we needed her. She is one thing we'll definitely miss. Thanks Sarah.
