What type of leases are offered?
Currently, a lease can be from 6 - 15 months. Each lease is based on current availability, and changes come as lease terms are chosen.
What is the apartments community's pet policy?
Pets 40 lbs and under accepted, max of 2 per unit. Breed restrictions apply. $400 Pet Deposit ($200 Non-Refundable, $200 Refundable), $25 monthly pet rent per animal.
