My Husband, Daughter and I just moved in. From the beginning process, to signing the lease, through the walk through, Erika and Joe have been amazing! It is wonderful to finally live in a place where the owners take care of their tenants and the apartments they live in!

SunRidge is clean. Community oriented with lots of benefits for tenants. Joe is articulate and honest. Iâ€™m sorry for having to move.

Apartment manager very friendly, but VERY rude owner. I lived in sunridge for awhile and is all I can say is itâs TRASH. All these good reviews are from residents so they can win stuff like a gift card and whatnot.<<< so donât believe em as much ð Personally I lived in an apartment that would get a huge puddle of water in front of the door. I complained about it over the equivalents of a year and a half. I had mold growing in this apartment from the water constantly being on the floor! I DOUBT they got all the mold out so if you happen to get an apartment and see anything weird or funny TEST IT. Definitely ran by a couple of slumlords who donât care about residents but cares JUST enough to get people to move in. Please BEWARE THIS PLACES IS TRASH.

The entire facility is clean and cozy. I like the consistency of the managements commitment to customer service. Joe is very knowledgeable and helpful.

I am moving from Va Beach to Casper and found Sunridge and I am tremendously satisfied and happy that the service and help I received was top notch the move was actually the easiest in my life other than the travel lol but 100% a great experience highly recommended by me very thankful to be here
