Sunridge is an amazing place to live...I love it here. I had 1 problem & it was with the downstairs neighbor saying my 5lb yorkie was peeing & pooping all over her deck which was a total lie. Yes she did pee once & when Tori came up all aggressive about it I apologized but she kept calling the office & even left a bad Google review. When I spoke with Joe I told him what happened & he took care of it. To comment on her review; she Lied. Also, she has a very large dog & I know for a fact my little girl is not peeing & pooping on her stuff. I recommend Sunridge Apartments to everyone.

Erika and Joe were both wonderful as I looked for the perfect place to call home. They both took the time on several occasions to answer any and all questions I had and in the end, I chose to live here. Great and very professional.

I just recently moved out of Sunridge. I bought a new home. I have to say I am very thankful and blessed to have gotten to live here. The Apts are like a little community. They allow pets, and you they are built great like a bunker. I really enjoyed it here. I definitely recommend checking this place out if you're looking. Thank you, Joe, Erica, Dale, and Colton. Currently have my upstairs neighbors dogs using the restroom on their patio and it trickles onto my patio. So basically my patio is covered in dog urine and dog poo. Contacted the office multiple times and actually went to the neighbors myself and kindly informed them of the situation. Even though they said “they’ve contacted them” in which my upstairs neighbors said no one has told them anything. It’s been 2 weeks of this and Joe or his “team” are doing nothing to fix the situation. Not to mention there are TONS of broken down cars in the parking lot that don’t get moved.

Joe and his team have been wonderful. Repairs have been done in record time. I never had any problems with my neighbors. Thank you for the opportunity to rent from you and I would recommend to others no problem.

Joe the manager and Erica the lease agent were helpful, polite and quick to help us and try to accomodate to us and our needs. Even though we went a different route on a place I would definately recommend them to anyone
