This is a good place to live. We moved to the area on short notice and Sunridge got us in an apartment easily. They were the only place in town that was willing to accept our dogs that wasn't outrageously expensive. TRUST ME if you have pets it will be hard to find a place and this apartment is very pet friendly! It is in a really great area of town right next to the mall, restaurants, grocery stores, and a Wal-Mart. The 2 bedroom apartment was a good amount of space and the closet space is probably my favorite part! Good size closets in the rooms and there are 2 linen closets! Management and maintance are nice as well and are not any bother. I always paid rent on time so I never had any problems at this apartment complex, and when I was ready to move out the manager gave me a good rental reference. Would recommend this place to anyone especially if you have pets!

they tell you one thing and do another, they are NOT ADA compliant. They are raising the rent and they are kicking people out so they can do so. They also lied and said they used our deposit but can not prove when that happened. People with little dogs don't follow the lease laws, the fees are very high and they don't tell you about them when you sign a lease. Things never get fixed, they tell you they will put in a work order and it never happens. Not worth the over $1000 a month they want.
