I just moved into Sunridge and It has exceeded my expectations! I love it here and the staff is so kind and helpful. They take care of their property and their tenants. They are very clean apartments and in are in great shape. I plan to live out my time here for good I’m just soo happy and thankful for this opportunity to be apart of this complex! Praise The Lord!! There are many reasons why I would advise people to stay clear of this place, but for now I’ll just address the laundry rooms. Part of what you pay for in your rent includes common area upkeep and amenities and whatnot. So for $890 a month you would expect the laundry rooms to be functioning at the bare minimum. 90% of the time the machines don’t work at all, or they take your money and don’t start, etc. Again, I would avoid these apartments for a lot of reasons but especially if on site laundry is a big deal for you. The laundry rooms are present, but unfortunately the machines never work.

We toured Sunridge this week and we couldn't have better things to say about this apartment complex. We were looking for a 1 BDR apartment (they only have 2 BDR/1BTH), but both Dale (maintenance?) and the Property Manager Joe were great. These units have gas furnaces, central air, & great balcony/deck areas. The dog park and cornhole areas, along with the entire grounds area are great. Thanks for the tour.

Very nice 2 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom Apartments in a great location. The manager, Joe is a really hard worker. All maintenance issues are taken care of in a fast, and professional manner. The grounds are also well kept. Highly recommend!

Very bad place to live, everything is outdated the air conditioning works only half of the time. My windows don't lock even after me telling the Manger. The washers and dryers keeps breaking down. It stinks in every building. The soda machines are always empty. The lawn looks like trash. Only some of the outside lights work. there are no lights lighting up the trash area over by the 300 and 400 building. I paid 875 for 850 Sq ft plus gas and electric and now they are trying to change our lease agreements to start paying water to after they told me they took care of it and it states that in the lease I already signed. I'm out of here

They are charging me 850 in rent. I have to pay to have my dog. Gas and power all understandable but now water to in a small apartment and in the lease agreement states they take care of water. Can someone tell me if them changing part of the contract that I didn't sign a sueable Offense?

We are here temporarily on a short term lease, traveling from Texas and we have had such a wonderful experience. Joe is awesome to work with and always on top of everything! Also a bonus that the maintenance staff is super friendly as well! I would recommend Sunridge to anyone in the area need of a two bedroom apartment!
