I'd like to give a shout out to The Sunridge Apartment staff!! They are located at 3900 East 12th St. I work for Meadow Wind Assisted Living across the street. The sweet staff at the Sunridge Apartments allows our employees to use parking on the apartment grounds every time we have asked. They are very supportive of our community and resident events. We ask during large events here at our Meadow Wind. Thank you soooo very much Sunridge apartment staff!!!!!!

Sunridge Apartments is an amazing place to live. Its close to schools, restaurants and shopping. The beautiful view of the mountains is one of the best amenities. The management and staff are are very friendly and professional. Its a very clean and well kept. I highly recommend this complex!

Sunridge apartments are great apartments. The community is quiet, the neighbors are respectful and the staff are very helpful. The location is perfect for getting around town. It's 5 min from downtown, there are schools within walking distance. Definitly would recommend these apartments.

Havenât fully moved in yet but, the community is fantastic. Management is super helpful and points you in the right direction. Definitely a good community to call home!

I love my apartment... and Joe and Josie in the office are absolutely amazing... everyone has been nice pretty much keeps to themselves its quiet and the barbecue areas are beautiful it's nice to be able to sit outside and have green grass and plenty of shade under the trees it feels very much like home
